• http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com
• www.marketleap.com (click on "link popularity check")
  
• Enter the following text in the search box of the Yahoo Search Engine linkdomain:yourdomain e.g. linkdomain:bbc.co.uk (you don't need www.) and press search
  

NB. The number of links listed can vary from website to website but by looking at a few different sources you can build up a fairly accurate picture of how your website is performing in terms of inbound link activity.
